Q. How much does Kagawa International charge to be our purchasing agent? 

A. We have very flexible plans to suit your business needs.  In some cases, it is best for both parties if Kagawa International works off of a buyer’s commission.  In other instances, it may be best to work on a flat monthly fee.  Contact us to find out which plan works best for you.

Q. Occasionally, we will need assistance in finding and researching new products.  Can Kagawa International help us? 


A. Yes!  This is included in our Purchasing Agent Services.  Kagawa International understands that finding new products is crucial in expanding business.  As your purchasing agent, we are your business partner and will help you find new products!

Q. How much does KICS cost? 


A. This depends on the volume of shipments as well as the number of vendors used.  Normally we charge a flat fee per shipment.  A 40’ container can start as low as $800 for our services.

Q. We have never purchased from the US before.  Can Kagawa International help us with our first shipment?


A. Yes!  Kagawa International has been exporting US goods to Japan for over fifteen years and we are very familiar with the entire process.  It will be our pleasure assisting you with your first purchase from America.

Q. What if there is something missing or damaged?


A. Unfortunately, in many cases, US companies walk away from these types of problems leaving overseas customers in a great deal of trouble.  Kagawa International will work with you to negotiate with vendors and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  Our understanding of both the Japanese and American business cultures will ensure that the problems are negotiated quickly and fairly.
