1. Contact Jeff Kagawa with your inquiry - year, make, model, desired mileage, color combination and other desired specifications.
 2. Kagawa International will send you a quote typically within 48 hours. Our quote will be in the form of a proforma invoice (sales contract) and will include a breakdown for all costs including shipping, duty, taxes, conversions as well as other fees involved. We will also include a timeline illustrating each step and the estimated time it should take to complete each step.
3. Return a signed copy of the proforma invoice along with a 20% deposit. This deposit will be used to initiate the search of your vehicle and to place a hold on it.
 4. Upon location of your vehicle, Kagawa International will email several pictures for your viewing and answer any questions that you may have. If the car is acceptable to you, a deposit will be placed on the car to hold it until further inspection.
5. We travel to Japan for the final inspection and purchase. The remaining balance of 80% of the contract amount is due at the point of purchase.
6. Kagawa International will then make all transportation arrangements to get your car to the US quickly, fully insured and with proper export documentation.
7. Upon the vehicle's arrival to the US, Kagawa International will help you get the car through customs as quickly as possible. Our customs brokers are automobile specialists so entry to the US will be quick and easy.
8. Kagawa International will arrange for your vehicle to be sent in for conversion. We have an agreement with the country's largest and best conversion specialists. Due to our volume, we receive a discounted rate which is passed on directly to you.
9. Upon completion of the conversion, Kagawa International will make arrangements to have the car delivered to you.
